The SM SW-240 high-speed, intelligent, fully servo paper cup machine features a tabletop layout that isolates the transmission components and molds. The transmission components are located under the machine table, while the molds are on top, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The machine uses automatic spray lubrication, eliminating the need for gear oil lubrication at the bottom. The grease lubrication system keeps the bottom of the machine clean and hygienic, facilitating maintenance and cleaning. The new servo drive structure eliminates the old indexing wheel structure, increasing the overall stability of the transmission. Reducing the number of transmission components and using servo control for each part makes the machine easier to use, guaranteeing overall stability and quality. Electrical components are controlled using a PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed. This type of machine has a production capacity of 180-240 cups/minute and is suitable for the production of 6-16 oz hot/cold cups.
